"Being a mom who runs my own business, time is a limited commodity. With two boys now growing their interest in power sports, I want and need a sales and service team I can rely on to provide me with fair, quick and efficient service. Since my personal knowledge on powersports is very limited, I need to rely on a professional team of knowledgeable and safety oriented sales and service teams to help me make the right decisions for the family. Since these needs were not met by a more local dealer, our family has moved our business to Central Maine Powersports . We have not only been impressed with the quality of the sales, parts and service teams, but readily recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing power sports vehicles for their family. The sales team was able to take our smaller used models and provide us with fair trade-in values on these as the children have grown up and out of them. Gil was wonderful in finding us the right ATV and communicated with us many times before we even were able to see the vehicle in person. I was so happy with the treatment we received from Gil, Craig and Chad, we bought a second Yamaha vehicle from them within days of our first purchase. I now have my older ATV in for service and who knows, I myself might be getting a new ATV soon. Since I know little, I need to rely on a team that knows more. "I bought a 2007 yamaha vstar custom, my salesman mike reid was awesome, he knew how much i wanted this bike and while i was dragging my butt trying to deciede, several others inquired about this bike. not sure how he did it , but he got the approval to put a hold sign on the bike without me putting down a cent to hold it. the next day i was approved for the loan and chad raymond even got me a special rate from the credit union ...it all was awesome!!!!! i thank you all for the great sales experience and i'm sure that the service experiences in the future will be as enjoyable!! thanks again, mike wildes"

"me and my husband went in to buy a 4 wheeler had our eye on the predator 500 and jeremy was a great salesman and jared was an excellent financing guy he worked his butt off for me to get me the best rate possible and when he had one we signed the paperwork and like 15 minutes later a better deal came in so he called me and drew up new paperwork for me to sign i think overall best service ever i will go back through them for my next machineand recommend others"

"Ken was my sales contact who was very pleasant to work with. I felt his knowledge of riding was outstanding and gave me a lot to think about before I made my purchase. I would definitely contact Ken if/when I am ready to make another purchase and would recommend him to anyone I know. Jared helped me with Financing. Although dealing with Polaris financing was extremely frustrating for the both of us, he was very professional, knowledgable, and kept me informed of what was going on. My only concern might fall under the service area as I just recently noticed that my rear blinkers are being held together with zip ties. When this was noticed, I contacted Ken who instructed me to bring the bike in when I got a chance and the service department woudl be happy to take care of that for me. I have been travelling out of state over the last month and I plan to have this service done soon. Overall, thank you all for a great experience."

"My husband and I purchased our new bike elsewhere, by mistake! We went to a dealership in Augusta. We bought a brand new 2006 Honda VTX 1300C. My husband took it back to the dealership where we bought it because is was leaking anti-freeze....he waited there 6 HOURS on a hot/humid Friday (he could have been riding)all they did was tighten up some things. I called Central Maine Powersports and spoke with someone in the service dept who told me to have my husband bring it down there. After that experience, we'll do all our business at Central Maine Powersports. We've spent lots and lots of money on accessories from helmets, jackets and gloves, to sissy bar backpacks and communicators...(a must for drives with passengers who wear helmets...coolest device)Shondra is the best. She helped us with everything and she even installed the communication devices for us and put our new backpack on the bike. She certainly knows her stuff. She goes above and beyond. You have a lifelong customer here!"

"shandra is a fox who knows her merch! she helped stop me from blowing 140 bucks on the wrong size jacket. I love my simple icon jacket. I also got stuck in traffic on the way to your open house and my oil light flickered ever so slightly(you know just enough to cause concern!) and I had no owners manual for my very unfamiliar to me triumph daytona I had just bought. The guys behind the counter told me not to worry and we'd figure it out. In half an hour I was on my way at no charge and with a better understanding of my strange british monster. I've since been back to buy my wifes helmet and jacket because they earned my business. "

"I have known Bill Centra and John Morin forever so that I know that my bike will be fixed right the first time every time.I just had my transmission fixed and it's perfect! I have bought a Tour Master jacket and a tank bag recently both of excellent quality and at great prices. I've also had to buy quite a few parts lately as my bike is 21 years old, a 1985 CB700SC Nighthawk S, and I've always gotten the right part first time every time. Wish I could say that about buying car parts! Having a parts lookup and your major catalogs with prices on your website just makes WAY TOO MUCH SENSE. I've been emailing my friends with appropriate vehicles about it. I bought my bike new from Bert Asselin and you should have seen the look on his face when I told him I still had it!"
